Thank you for choosing MartinKKnives for your custom knife needs. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with MartinKKnives, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Ordering Process:
   • All orders must be placed through martinkknives.com.
   • Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of [30]% of the total order value.
   • Once the design is finalized and the deposit is received, production will begin.
2. Payment:
   • Payment for custom orders must be made in full before shipment.
   • We accept payment via bank transfer.
   • Prices are listed in euro and do not include shipping costs or taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Shipping:
   • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and shipping method.
   • MartinKKnives is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during shipping.
   • We aim to ship orders within 5 working days of receiving payment. However, please allow additional time depending on complexity up to 30 days for custom orders.
4. Returns and Refunds:
   • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
   • In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within [30] days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
   • Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
5. Intellectual Property:
   • All designs, images, and content on the MartinKKnives website and social media channels are the intellectual property of MartinKKnives.
   • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability:
   • MartinKKnives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
   • Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchase from MartinKKnives shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
7. Modification of Terms:
   • MartinKKnives reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
